Ysgol Gyfun Penweddig

Ysgol Gyfun Gymunedol Penweddig is a Welsh-language community comprehensive secondary school located in Llanbadarn Fawr, Aberystwyth, Wales. Established in 1973, it was the first Welsh-language secondary school in Ceredigion and is named after the historic cantref of Penweddig. The school emphasizes Welsh language and culture, with a majority of pupils speaking Welsh fluently and a significant portion using Welsh at home. The school moved to its current location on Llanbadarn Road in 2001 after consultation with stakeholders.
