About Longford CofE Primary School

Longford CofE Primary School is a small church school where children are placed at the centre of everything we do. We pride ourselves upon the strong relationships that exist amongst the whole school community, as well as the opportunities children are given to make their own improvements to the school.

"Excellent facilities and caring staff"

I've been impressed with the facilities at Longford, from the playground to the sports hall. The staff are incredibly caring and supportive, always willing to go the extra mile for the children.

"Some minor improvements needed"

Overall, I'm happy with my child's experience at Longford. However, I do feel that the school could improve its communication with parents, especially regarding important events and updates.

"A Home Away from Home"

Longford CofE Primary has been a life-changing experience for my children. The values of empathy, respect, kindness, cooperation and resilience are truly embedded in the school culture. My child has grown so much, not just academically but also personally.

"Wonderful school, wonderful people"

I have so many fond memories of my time at Longford. The Pupil Leadership Team was a great initiative, and I was proud to see my child take on a leadership role. The school's commitment to children's wellbeing is truly commendable.
