Weare Academy Church of England First School is a fantastic place to learn, play and work – in beautiful, rural surroundings and at the centre of a supportive village community. We pride ourselves on making this an inclusive school with a tight-knit, family feel. We have high expectations for every child and every member of our staff team is committed to our Vision that ‘All Can Achieve’.

"Best School Experience So Far!"

We've been so impressed with Weare Academy's inclusive and caring environment. Our child has thrived in the small class sizes and loves participating in the weekly forest school sessions. The 'All Can Achieve' vision really resonates with us and we've seen our child grow in confidence and abilities since joining.

"A Great Find in Rural Somerset"

As a parent, it's been wonderful to see our child settle into Weare Academy so quickly. The staff are friendly and approachable, and we appreciate the regular updates and open communication. We're also impressed with the school's commitment to sustainability and reducing waste.

"A Mixed Bag"

We have mixed feelings about our time at Weare Academy. Our child had a great experience in the early years, but as they progressed to Year 3, we felt the school could have done more to challenge and support them. The facilities are lovely, but we struggled with some of the administrative processes.
