About Aston and Cote Church of England Primary School

Aston and Cote Church of England Primary School is a vibrant, nurturing environment that makes our school such a special place for children to grow, learn, and flourish. We believe childhood should be full of joy, discovery, and wonder. Our pupils enjoy forest school sessions, spend regular afternoons in the garden, and learn outside for around 30% of their week.

"Some great aspects, but room for improvement"

We've been at Aston and Cote for a year now and have mixed feelings. On the one hand, our child has made great friends and the outdoor learning sessions have been a highlight. On the other hand, we've found some communication issues between teachers and parents, and the school's facilities, while lovely, could benefit from some updates. We'll continue to see how things progress and hope to see some improvements.

"Aston and Cote is a true gem!"

We've been at Aston and Cote for nearly 3 years now and it's been an absolute pleasure. The teachers are dedicated, approachable and genuinely care about the well-being of their students. Our child has thrived in this supportive and nurturing environment and we couldn't be prouder of their progress. The forest school sessions and regular outdoor learning have been a highlight for us.

"Wonderful community and facilities"

We were at Aston and Cote from 2018 to 2020 and had a fantastic experience. The school's commitment to outdoor learning and community values align perfectly with our own. The teachers were always available to discuss our child's progress and provided a safe and welcoming environment for our child to grow and learn. We highly recommend this school!

"Warm and welcoming nursery"

Our child started in the nursery in January and has settled in amazingly well. The staff are kind, caring and have a genuine love for their work. We've been impressed by the quality of care and the activities they've been doing, from arts and crafts to forest school sessions. A big thank you to the Aston and Cote team for making this transition so smooth.
