About Sibford Gower Endowed Primary School

A busy village school at the heart of a thriving rural community on the edge of the Cotswolds, we welcome children and their families from the villages of Sibford Gower, Burdrop, Sibford Ferris, Epwell, Swalcliffe, Tadmarton and further afield. We prepare our children for the future by promoting a love of learning, encouraging aspiration, valuing the individual, developing self-confidence and supporting contribution through participation.

"Best school ever!"

We've been at Sibford Gower for 3 years now and it's been a wonderful experience. The teachers are all so caring and passionate about their subjects, and the facilities are brilliant - the forest school sessions are a highlight for our son! We love the focus on outdoor learning and the emphasis on kindness and respect for others.

"Excellent all-round"

We've been really impressed with the school's commitment to individuality and creativity. Our daughter loves the arts and crafts sessions, and the teachers have been incredibly supportive of her interests. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the communication about school activities - it can sometimes be a bit patchy.

"Nice school, but had some issues..."

We moved our son to Sibford Gower a few years ago, and while it's been a good experience overall, we've had some issues with the school's handling of special needs. The teachers were generally supportive, but the administration could be more helpful at times. Still, we feel the school has a lovely atmosphere and the kids seem happy.
