Windmill Church of England Primary School is a welcoming, inclusive and caring community of learners. Recognised as a GOOD school with OUTSTANDING personal development, behaviour and welfare by OFSTED in June 2022. Our Church school inspection in January 2024 indicates that Windmill Church of England Primary School is living up to its foundation as a Church school.

"A Home away from Home"

We've been at Windmill for 2 years now, and I can honestly say it's the best decision we've made for our child. The staff are caring, the facilities are excellent, and the values of kindness and compassion are truly embedded in the school's ethos. Our child has grown in confidence and love learning.

"Mixed Feelings"

We've been at Windmill for a year now, and while we love the values and ethos, we've had some issues with communication and organization. The staff are lovely, but it feels like there's a lot of behind-the-scenes juggling going on. Still, we're committed to seeing it through and making it work.

"Inclusive and Supportive"

Windmill has been a game-changer for our family. The school's commitment to inclusion and support is evident in everything they do. My child has special needs, and the staff have been incredibly understanding and accommodating. We feel so valued and supported as a family.

"Excellent School Community"

We moved out of the area, but we still miss Windmill! The school community was incredible during our time there. The events, the newsletters, the parent meetings - everything was so well-organized and thoughtful. Our child thrived, and we were grateful for that.
