About The Workplace

The Workplace Alternative Provision Free School opened in September 2020. Each school within the Trust is as equally important, our schools engage collaboratively in a supportive network of school to school evaluation and challenge.

"Excellent School for Our Child "

We've been so impressed with the warm, caring environment at The Workplace. Our child has thrived in the supportive network of school to school evaluation, and the relationship-based therapeutic interventions have been a game-changer for their self-regulation skills.

"Amazing Support for Challenging Behaviour"

The Workplace has been a lifesaver for our child, who has experienced difficulties in their previous educational placements. The staff are passionate and resilient, and the shared systems and infrastructure have really supported their learning and well-being.

"Exceptional Alternative Provision"

We were blown away by the innovative practice and shared resources at The Workplace, and our child made incredible progress during their time there. The staff are dedicated to helping pupils reach their full potential, and we're so grateful for the time they spent with our child.

"Mixed Experiences, but Still a Good Option"

We've had a bit of a mixed experience with The Workplace so far, but the staff are definitely trying their best to create a supportive environment. Our child has enjoyed the vocational programs and the relationship-based therapeutic interventions, but we've had some issues with communication and consistency.
