St Helen Auckland Community Primary School

We moved to Bishop Auckland last year and were nervous about finding a good school for our daughter. St Helen Auckland Community Primary has been an absolute delight! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities are excellent, and the values they teach are exactly what we want our child to learn. We feel so lucky to have found this school.

We have been incredibly impressed with the support that St Helen Auckland Community Primary has given our son, who has special educational needs. The staff are knowledgeable and caring, and have really helped him to thrive. We're so grateful to have found a school that understands and supports our child's needs.

We moved to a new area a few years ago and our child attended St Helen Auckland Community Primary for a while. While the school has some great strengths, such as the friendly staff and the focus on community values, there were some areas where we felt it could improve. The facilities were a bit dated, and our child didn't always feel challenged academically. However, we did appreciate the school's emphasis on inclusivity and supporting children with SEND.
