About Stourfield Junior School

Stourfield Junior School is a large community school with over 500 pupils and 60 staff. Our aim is that all the children at our school grow into responsible, caring members of society who are confident, independent, lifelong learners. We are a tremendously nurturing and inclusive school and believe that pupil performance and well-being go hand in hand.

"A wonderful junior school experience!"

We've been impressed with the facilities, staff and values at Stourfield Junior School. Our child has thrived in the supportive and inclusive environment. We especially appreciate the emphasis on the 3Rs and the 'My World, Our World, This World' theme.

"Excellent school with a focus on well-being"

We were delighted with the progress our child made at Stourfield Junior School. The staff were always available to support us, and we appreciated the focus on pupil well-being and the school's values of resilience, responsibility and respect.

"Good but room for improvement"

We've been happy with the school's efforts to engage our child in learning, but we've sometimes found the communication with parents to be lacking. The facilities are good, and the staff are generally supportive, but we'd like to see more clarity on the school's policies and procedures.
