"Some great aspects, but areas for improvement"

We've had a mixed experience with Gilsland CofE Primary School. On the one hand, the staff are lovely and the facilities are excellent. However, our child sometimes struggles with the workload and we feel that the school could do more to support children with special educational needs. Overall, it's a good school, but not perfect.

"Wonderful school for our little ones!"

We've been so impressed with Gilsland CofE Primary School. The staff are friendly and caring, and they really make an effort to get to know each child. The facilities are excellent, especially the nursery and reception classes. We love the Christian values that are embedded throughout the school, and our child is thriving.

"A true gem in the community"

We were so lucky to have our child attend Gilsland CofE Primary School. The staff are dedicated, passionate and kind, and they provide a nurturing environment that allows children to grow and develop. The school's commitment to Christian values is evident in everything they do, and our child benefited greatly from the Friday Morning Parent Toddler group.
