About Lansdown Park Academy

Lansdown Park Academy is a Pupil Referral Unit / Early Intervention Base based in Stockwood in South Bristol. We provide education for pupils from KS1-3 who require additional support around their behaviour.

"A positive and supportive environment"

Lansdown Park has exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are kind, caring and really get to know each child as an individual. The Christmas dinner was a lovely surprise - our child couldn't stop talking about it!

"Mixed feelings about our experience"

While our child has had some positive experiences at Lansdown Park, we've also struggled with some inconsistencies in behavior management. The staff seem to be doing their best, but it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride. The Hippodrome trip was a highlight, though!

"Our child's journey at Lansdown Park has been life-changing"

We were a bit nervous about sending our child to Lansdown Park after struggling to find the right fit at their previous school. However, from the moment we met the staff, we knew we had made the right decision. The Forest School program has been a particular highlight - our child has grown in confidence and independence in a way we never thought possible.

"Lansdown Park gave my child the support they needed"

My child attended Lansdown Park a few years ago and I was really impressed with the level of support they received. The outreach program was particularly helpful in helping them to catch up with their peers. I've since heard that Lansdown Park has continued to improve and I'm so grateful for the experience they had there.
