"Excellent school with dedicated staff"

My daughter is in year 7 and has really settled in. The staff are very supportive and dedicated, going above and beyond to ensure every child reaches their heights. The facilities are also great, especially the Lego therapy room which is a highlight for her.

"Room for improvement in communication"

We're still relatively new to The Heights, but I've noticed that communication from the school can be a bit hit and miss. The staff are lovely, but sometimes I feel like I'm not entirely in the loop. That being said, my child is settling in well and enjoying the curriculum.

"A welcoming and inclusive school community"

The Heights Burnley has been a great choice for my son. The school's values really shine through and the staff are always approachable and supportive. He's made some great friends and enjoys the activities on offer, especially the hair and beauty lessons.

"Helped my child overcome challenges"

I have to say, I was a bit skeptical about The Heights at first, but it really delivered for my child. The respite provision and phonics support were instrumental in helping him overcome some significant challenges. He's now thriving in a mainstream school.
