About Holly House Special School

Holly House School is a Derbyshire Local Authority maintained special school for pupils from 7 to 14 years of age. We specialise in supporting young people who are autistic or have conditions such as ADHD, attachment disorders, and anxiety. Our purpose is to help young people back into mainstream schools.

"Holly House School: A Home Away from Home"

I'm so grateful to Holly House for providing my child with a safe and nurturing environment. The staff are incredibly supportive and go above and beyond to ensure each child reaches their full potential. The residential program has been a game-changer for our family.

"Mixed Experience"

We have mixed feelings about Holly House. While the staff are generally supportive, we've experienced some communication breakdowns with the school administration. However, our child has made some progress, and we appreciate the school's efforts to provide a safe and inclusive environment.

"Excellent Education and Care"

We placed our child at Holly House due to their exceptional education and care facilities. The school's values of respect, responsibility, and relationships truly shine through in the way the staff treat the children. Our child made excellent progress during their time there.
