Cottingham High School is a large school based in the East Riding of Yorkshire with over 900 students. We place significant importance on creating a caring and supportive environment for all our students where every child really does matter. We strive for excellence in all that we do, whether that is in standards of academic attainment, uniform or behaviour.

"Excellent facilities and teachers!"

I've seen the new sports facilities and they're amazing! My child has really benefited from the STEM program too. The teachers are so supportive and enthusiastic, it's great to see.

"Mixed feelings about the school"

We've had some issues with the school's communication and organisation, but the teachers have been great with our child. The facilities are nice and the STEM program looks interesting. Still getting used to the school's systems.

"Great community and values"

We've really felt welcome at Cottingham High. The focus on inclusivity and supporting each other is lovely to see. My child loves their subjects and the teachers are really helpful.

"Helpful pastoral care"

We moved our child to Cottingham High a few years ago and were impressed by the pastoral care. They really looked out for our child and helped them settle in. The open days were also really helpful.
