We are a small school with five classes and 139 pupils. The Belfry is a Church of England school with a Christian mission to educate, serving the children of Overstrand and the surrounding areas.

"A Hidden Gem on the North Norfolk Coast"

I'm so grateful that we moved to Overstrand and got our kids into The Belfry. The school's values of kindness, respect, and responsibility really shine through in everything they do. My kids love Forest School and the teachers are always supportive and encouraging. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful school community!

"A School that Truly Cares"

We moved away from Overstrand a few years ago, but I still think about The Belfry fondly. The school's commitment to its Christian values and its focus on each child's individual needs really impressed me. My kids loved the small class sizes and the teachers were always approachable. If we still lived in the area, we'd definitely send our younger child there too!

"A Few Hiccups, but Overall Happy"

We've been at The Belfry for a few years now and have had a mixed experience. The school's facilities are great and the teachers are generally lovely, but there have been a few times when we've felt a bit lost or uninformed about what's going on. I think the school could do more to keep parents engaged and up-to-date. That being said, my child loves the school and the Forest School program is amazing!
