About Sheep Dip Lane Academy

A caring, vibrant primary academy in Dunscroft, Doncaster with 240 children aged 3 to 11. The academy is at the heart of the community and continues to grow as new generations return and our neighbourhood continues to develop being part of a regeneration area.

"Excellent start to our child's education"

We have been delighted with the progress our child has made since starting at Sheep Dip Lane Academy. The school's emphasis on inquiry, resilience, and teamwork has been wonderful to see in action. Our child loves the sensory garden and the library, and we appreciate the regular newsletters and updates from the teachers. We feel very confident about our child's future at this school.

"A wonderful experience for our child"

We have been so impressed with the caring and nurturing environment at Sheep Dip Lane Academy. Our child has thrived in the Forest School program and loves the 'reading snuggery areas' where she can relax and get lost in a book. The staff are always happy to help and communicate with us. We feel so lucky to be part of the Sheep Dip community!

"Great school with lots of opportunities"

My son attended Sheep Dip Lane Academy a few years ago and had a fantastic time. I was impressed with the range of activities and clubs on offer, including the sports and environmental programs. The staff were always supportive and encouraging, and my son loved the beach area where he could learn and play. I would definitely recommend this school to other families.
