"Room for improvement in communication"

We're generally happy with The Vale Academy, but sometimes feel like we're not getting the information we need about our child's progress. The teachers are lovely and the facilities are great, but communication could be improved.

"Excellent education and supportive staff"

Moving to The Vale Academy was the best decision we made for our child. The staff are caring, knowledgeable, and really go the extra mile to support each child's needs.

"Great facilities and engaging programs"

We're really impressed with the facilities at The Vale Academy - the Forest School sessions are a highlight for our child. The teachers are passionate and enthusiastic about their subjects, making learning fun and engaging.
