We are a primary school located on the southern edge of East Grinstead, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The school’s aim is to provide children with the best learning opportunities in order to reach their full potential, based on our strong values-led ethos and curriculum centred on Kindness, Respect, Community, Curiosity and Independence.

"A wonderful school experience!"

We've been at The Meads Primary School for 6 years and it's been an absolute pleasure. The facilities are excellent, the staff are caring and supportive, and the values of kindness, respect and community are truly embedded in the school. My child has thrived here and we'll be sad to leave at the end of the year.

"Excellent school with a great atmosphere!"

We've been at The Meads for 2 years now and we've been impressed by the school's focus on independence, curiosity and creativity. My child loves their classes and the teachers are always approachable and supportive. The school's facilities are also excellent, with plenty of space for play and learning.

"Good school, but room for improvement"

We used to be at The Meads Primary School when my child was in reception, and while we had a good experience, we've noticed a few things could be improved since our child moved up to year 2. The school's facilities are still excellent, but some of the teaching methods could be more engaging for older children. Overall, it's a good school, but could benefit from a bit more innovation.
