IGS: Durham is an inclusive, non-selective school welcoming children from all backgrounds. We provide affordable education with a focus on stretch, enjoyment, and academic rigour. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and speak 14 different first languages.

"Love the Community Spirit"

We've been with IGS for a year now and we're loving every minute of it! The community spirit is fantastic, with parents and teachers all working together to create a supportive and inclusive environment. Our child is thriving and we're so grateful to be a part of this school family.

"Excellent Education and Values"

We moved to a different area 3 years ago, but we still look back on our time at IGS with fondness. The school's values of inclusivity and respect for all cultures really resonated with us, and our child benefited greatly from the educational programs on offer. We highly recommend IGS to anyone looking for a nurturing environment for their child.

"Mixed Feelings"

We've had a good experience at IGS, but there are some aspects that could be improved. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the teachers are generally supportive. However, we've noticed that the school's focus on choice and freedom can sometimes lead to a lack of structure and accountability. We're not sure if this is a result of the school's values or just a teething problem.

"Wonderful School Experience"

We've been with IGS for 2 years now and it's been a fantastic journey! The diversity and inclusivity are truly inspiring and our child has thrived in this environment. The teachers and staff are always supportive and enthusiastic. We're so grateful to have found this school!
