We are a very happy community to learn, work and play in. We set high standards for ourselves and for our children and work in close partnership with our parents to make our children’s first years of schooling an excellent and enjoyable experience.

"Room for Improvement"

Our son started at Southwood Infant School in September and we're still getting used to the new environment. The teachers are nice but we've found the communication from the school to be a bit patchy. We're hoping it will get better as the year goes on.

"A Happy Community"

My son has been at Southwood Infant School for two years now and we've had a wonderful experience. The teachers are so caring and the facilities are excellent. We love the emphasis on Excellence, Respect and Enjoyment, it's really made a difference to our son's confidence.

"Great Start to Education"

My daughter has thrived at Southwood Infant School. The staff are always approachable and the curriculum is engaging and fun. I'm so glad we chose Southwood, it's a great start to her education.

"Good Experience"

We moved to the area and my daughter was already in Year 1 at Southwood Infant School. The teachers were always supportive and the facilities were great. We had a good experience at the school but not an exceptional one.
