St John's Church of England Voluntary Aided First School, Frome

We're really impressed with the curriculum and extra-curricular activities on offer at St John's. The playground is one of the largest we've seen and the staff seem very engaged with the children. My son is thriving and I'm confident he'll make many happy memories here.

My daughter has settled so quickly at St John's and the staff have been incredibly welcoming. The facilities are excellent and the values-based approach to learning is just what I want for my child's early years. We feel so lucky to be part of this school community!

My child moved on to junior school a few years ago, but we still keep in touch with some of the teachers and staff. They were always supportive and worked hard to help my daughter progress. However, we did have some issues with communication and organisation during their time at the school. Overall, a good school with some areas for improvement.
