About Danecourt School

Danecourt is a special school for primary aged children who have special educational needs. The school caters for children with a wide breadth of need including complex learning difficulties, autism and social emotional mental health needs. At Danecourt our mission is to provide all pupils with a “stimulating learning environment that allows children to explore through a personalised curriculum to become STARS!"

"Danecourt School is a Hidden Gem!"

We've been blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Danecourt. The staff are truly dedicated to each child's unique needs and the facilities are fantastic. My child has really flourished here and we can't thank the team enough.

"Excellent Support for My Son"

After struggling at his previous school, Danecourt has been a game-changer for my son. The staff have been incredibly supportive and have helped him to make great progress. The school's values of being valued, respected, safe and successful really ring true.

"Mixed Feelings About Danecourt"

We've had a mixed experience at Danecourt. The facilities are great, but we've found the communication with staff to be a bit inconsistent at times. That being said, our child has made some good friends and has enjoyed the activities on offer.

"A School That Truly Cares"

We left Danecourt when our child moved on to secondary school, but we still love the school and the people who work there. The school's commitment to providing a personalized curriculum for each child is truly impressive. Our child thrived here and we will always be grateful.
