"Room for Improvement"

While we have been pleased with the care and support provided by Brookthorpe Hall School, we've encountered some issues with communication and consistency. The staff are mostly very friendly, but we've had to chase up a few things that we felt should have been addressed promptly. We're hopeful that the school will continue to improve and meet our expectations.
