About Gomer Infant School

We are a two form entry Infant School set in the beautiful location of Stokes Bay, Gosport. We are proud to be part of the Federation of Elson and Gomer Infant Schools and our vision statement, ‘Together We Shine’, reflects our high aspirations for all children to be supported in achieving their full potential.

"Wonderful school and staff!"

We have been so impressed with the staff at Gomer Infant School - they are caring and supportive. Our child is thriving and we love the attachment and trauma sensitive approach. The facilities are great too!

"Lovely school with a great atmosphere"

My child has settled in really well at Gomer Infant School and we're happy with the way the staff have supported him. The school's values of 'Together We Shine' really shine through in the way they treat the children and families. We're looking forward to the year ahead!

"Good but could be better"

Our child attended Gomer Infant School a few years ago and we had a mixed experience. The staff were generally friendly and the facilities were good, but we sometimes felt that the school could have done more to support children with additional needs. I'm not sure if things have changed since we were there, but overall we were just okay with our experience.
