St Vincent College

St Vincent College is a co-educational sixth form college located on Mill Lane in Gosport, Hampshire, England. Originally established as St Vincent Secondary School in 1975 on the site of the former Forton Barracks (later HMS St. Vincent), the college transitioned to a sixth form institution in 1987 and adopted its current name in 1990. The college serves students aged 16–19 from Gosport, Fareham, Stubbington, Winchester, and surrounding areas, including those with high needs and adult learners. It is part of the Lighthouse Learning Trust and has a reputation for providing both academic and vocational further education courses. The college is known for its strong community ties and has successfully maintained its independence despite past merger proposals. Facilities include modern classrooms, specialist learning spaces, and opportunities for extracurricular activities and community engagement.
