About Greenfields Academy

Greenfields Academy is a specialist school for pupils aged 5-16 with complex SEMH needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health). Our intent is to support pupils and their families to gradually overcome the barriers to education they have encountered and enable confident access to future opportunities.

"Exceptional Care and Education"

The care and education provided by the staff at Greenfields has been exceptional. The school's values of being Personalised, Aspirational, Caring and Engaging truly reflect the support they offer our son. We're grateful for the opportunities he's had to participate in the National School Breakfast Programme and Revolving Door Social and Emotional Learning.

"Some Progress, But Room for Improvement"

Our son attended Greenfields for a year before we moved away. While we saw some progress, we felt that the school could have done more to support his additional needs. The Read Write Inc program was helpful, but we found the communication with teachers to be inconsistent at times.

"Amazed by the Progress"

We moved to Greenfields after struggling to find a school that could meet our daughter's complex SEMH needs. We're amazed by the progress she's made since joining the school. The behaviour curriculum and wellbeing mentors have been a game-changer for her.
