Guildford County School is a high achieving, oversubscribed and non-selective, mixed state secondary school in Surrey. We are proud of all aspects of our provision, including music and sport, and our established, yet progressive, academic curriculum.

"A Truly Outstanding School"

My daughter attended Guildford County School for 3 years and had a truly excellent experience. The school's values of kindness, respect and teamwork were evident in everything they did and my daughter thrived both academically and personally. The PE department was particularly impressive, with excellent facilities and a range of sports on offer. I would highly recommend the school to anyone.

"Good School with Some Room for Improvement"

My child is currently attending Guildford County School and has had a generally positive experience. The teachers are all very supportive and the school's facilities are excellent. However, I have some concerns about the school's communication with parents, particularly with regards to homework and school events. Overall, I would recommend the school, but with some caveats.

"Excellent School with Great Facilities"

My child has really thrived at Guildford County School. The PE department is excellent, with great facilities and a range of sports on offer. The teachers are all very supportive and the school values of kindness, respect and teamwork are really evident. I couldn't recommend the school more!
