A “Good” School, where students and staff are valued, respected and inspired to reach their full potential. Set in the backdrop of Cannock Chase, an area of outstanding national beauty, we are a maintained secondary generic special needs school supporting students with a wide range of additional needs.

"Outstanding Education and Resources"

I've been impressed by the school's commitment to providing a high-quality education and the resources available to the students. My son has enjoyed the cooking and health & fitness programs, which have helped him develop valuable life skills. The staff are always willing to listen and offer support.

"Excellent Support for My Child's Needs"

As a parent of a child with additional needs, I was initially apprehensive about sending her to Hednesford Valley High School. However, the staff have been incredibly supportive and have helped her thrive. The school's commitment to providing a holistic education is truly impressive.

"A Wonderful School Experience"

My daughter has been attending Hednesford Valley High School for 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the progress she's made. The school's values of Teamwork, Respect, Independence, Confidence and Kindness are truly reflected in the staff and the facilities. The travel training program has been particularly beneficial for her.

"Mixed Feelings about Our Experience"

My son attended Hednesford Valley High School for 2 years before moving to another school. While the staff were generally supportive, I felt that the school could have done more to engage him in extracurricular activities. Overall, it was an average experience.
