Helston Community College

My daughter has been at Helston Community College for two years now and we've had a fantastic experience. The teachers are approachable, the facilities are impressive and the school's values really shine through in the way they support the children. I've seen my daughter grow in confidence and develop skills she never knew she had. We're so grateful to be a part of this community!

My son graduated from Helston Community College a few years ago and I still get emails from him telling me about the wonderful experiences he's having. The school truly delivered on its promise of providing a broad and balanced education. The sports facilities are top-notch, and the music department is exceptional. The teachers were always available to offer guidance and support. We're so proud of the person he's become!

We've had a mixed experience with Helston Community College. The teachers are generally good, and the facilities are great. However, we've felt that the pastoral care could be improved, particularly when it comes to supporting children with mental health issues. Sometimes it feels like the teachers are too focused on exams and grades rather than helping the children as a whole. We're hoping to see some changes in this area.
