Porthleven Primary School is a nurturing environment where pupils are safe, happy and enjoy school. We aim to promote life-long learning through a rich and exciting curriculum, with many first-hand experiences. We have a child-centred approach, the learning is purposeful, and promotes high expectations and achievement.

"Wonderful School and Amazing Staff!"

My daughter has been attending Porthleven School for 2 years now and we are absolutely delighted with the care and education she receives. The staff are warm, friendly and dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential. We feel so lucky to be part of this nurturing community.

"Excellent Education and Fun Clubs!"

My son loves attending Porthleven School. The teachers are engaging, the facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the clubs on offer are fantastic. He particularly enjoys the art club and the school's focus on promoting British values.

"Good experience, but some room for improvement"

We had a generally positive experience at Porthleven School, but felt that the school could do more to support children with special educational needs. The staff were friendly and tried their best, but sometimes communication with parents could be better.
