Gillotts School

My daughter is in her final year at Gillotts and we couldn't be happier with the school. The facilities are fantastic, especially the sports fields and the manor house which adds a touch of history to the place. The teachers are all very supportive and enthusiastic, and the curriculum is engaging and relevant.

We were initially concerned about moving our son from a smaller school, but Gillotts has exceeded our expectations. The school's values of kindness, respect and empathy are evident in everything they do, and our son is thriving in his new environment. The staff are responsive to our queries and we feel well-informed about our child's progress.

My son has been at Gillotts for three years now and we've been very pleased with the school's efforts to provide a well-rounded education. The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a great initiative and our son has really benefited from taking part. However, we do feel that some of the communication with parents could be improved.

We had a mixed experience with Gillotts. Our daughter was in a mixed-ability class and we felt that the teaching was sometimes inconsistent. However, the school's pastoral care was excellent and our daughter was well-supported during a difficult period. We're not sure if we'd send our younger child there in hindsight.
