About Our Lady's RC Primary School

Our Lady's Catholic Primary School and Nursery is a Catholic school that sits on the southern side of the city. We attract children from Catholic families as well as from families who want their child to be educated within the framework of a Catholic school. We pride ourselves in holding high expectations for all children and want them to thrive in a positive environment that finds and focuses upon their individual strengths.

"Exceptional Education and Care"

We've been so impressed with Our Lady's Catholic Primary School, from the moment we walked through the door. The facilities are excellent, the staff are caring and dedicated, and the values they instill in the children are truly wonderful. Our child has thrived in Reception and we can't wait to see them continue to grow and learn.

"A true community spirit"

We've been part of the Our Lady's community for nearly three years now, and it's been an absolute pleasure. The school's commitment to Catholic values and its emphasis on community service are inspiring, and our child has made friends with children from all walks of life. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the school could do more to keep parents informed about events and activities.

"A mixed experience"

We left Our Lady's after two years, and while it was a good experience overall, there were some issues with communication and organisation that left us feeling frustrated at times. The school's facilities are excellent, and the staff are generally caring and supportive, but we felt that our child's individual needs weren't being met as well as they could have been.
