Cardinal Newman Catholic Primary School is a friendly and successful two-form-entry school serving the parishes of St Erconwald’s, Walton-on-Thames and All Saints, Hersham. We work closely together as a community of learners, believers and friends to enable our children to reach their full potential, through excellent pastoral care and exciting learning opportunities.

"An Outstanding School Experience"

We were so impressed with Cardinal Newman Catholic Primary School during our child's time there. The school's commitment to Safeguarding and its emphasis on being a community of learners, believers and friends really resonated with us. We saw our child develop into a confident and well-rounded individual, and we have no hesitation in recommending the school to others.

"A Good School, But Some Room for Improvement"

We have generally been pleased with Cardinal Newman Catholic Primary School, but we feel that the school could do more to support children with special needs. The teachers are mostly very good, but we have experienced some inconsistencies in the quality of teaching. Overall, we would recommend the school, but with some caveats.

"A Warm and Welcoming School"

We have been absolutely delighted with our experience at Cardinal Newman Catholic Primary School. The teachers are so caring and dedicated, and the facilities are fantastic. Our child has thrived in a happy and inclusive environment that reflects the values of respect, courtesy and kindness.
