About Keswick School

Welcome to Keswick School, where we offer day and boarding places for students from 11-18 years. We share an ambition to be the best we can be. This happens through working in partnership, encouraging pupils to take risks, seeing failure as essential for success and developing confidence and resilience.

"Good, but some room for improvement"

We're generally happy with Keswick School, but there have been a few issues with communication and timetabling this year. The school's boarding options are excellent, but we've had some problems with our child's boarding place. Overall, I think the school has a lot to offer, but needs to work on a few areas.

"A truly supportive community!"

My child has thrived at Keswick School. The pastoral care has been fantastic and the teachers are always available to offer help and guidance. The 'Levavi oculos' principle of embracing risk and failure has been a real game-changer for my child's confidence.

"A wonderful school community!"

My child has only been at Keswick School for a year, but already we've seen a huge improvement in their confidence and academic performance. The school's values of teamwork and respect for others are really evident in the way the teachers and students interact.

"Excellent academic record"

Our son had a great experience at Keswick School, achieving excellent GCSE results and going on to study A-levels with confidence. The school's emphasis on 'learning for themselves' really worked for him and he developed a true love of learning.
