Cultivating the futures of our children. Our school sits in the very heart of our community and although it has 130 years of heritage, we have our eyes very firmly fixed on the future.

"Fantastic First Year at Hawthorn"

I am so impressed with the warm and welcoming environment at Hawthorn. My child's teacher, Mrs Smith, is always available for a chat and keeps me updated on progress. The after-school clubs and activities are a great bonus, my child is loving the weekly art class.

"Great School, Room for Improvement"

We've been at Hawthorn for a few years now and overall, it's a great school. The teachers are passionate and caring, and the school's focus on community is fantastic. However, sometimes I feel like the school could do more to engage with parents - it would be great to see more regular newsletters or updates on events.

"Lovely School with a Great Family Feel"

We were at Hawthorn for three years and loved every minute of it. The school's values of kindness, respect, and empathy really shine through in the way the teachers and staff interact with the children. The facilities are also excellent, our child loved the outdoor play area and the school's commitment to sustainability is inspiring.
