"Wonderful Community at Oaklands"

I have been blown away by the warmth and kindness of the staff and pupils at Oaklands School. My child has grown in confidence and developed a love of learning that I hadn't seen before. The values of the school are truly reflected in the way they approach every aspect of school life.

"Room for Improvement in Communication"

I love the values of Oaklands and the enthusiasm of the staff, but there are times when I feel like I'm not getting enough information about what's happening in school. I've had to chase up things a few times and that can be frustrating. However, the school has a great sense of community and my child is happy and engaged.

"Fantastic Support for SEND Children"

As a parent of a child with SEND, I was nervous about finding a school that could meet their needs. Oaklands has exceeded all of my expectations. The staff are supportive, knowledgeable and truly care about the wellbeing of their pupils. The bespoke curriculum for children in the Nurture Pathway is a game-changer.

"A School that Truly Understands Its Pupils"

I have a child who has left Oaklands School and is now thriving at their new school. However, I still have a daughter who attends Oaklands and I am consistently impressed by the way the school supports her and helps her to learn. The Engagement Model in the Nurture Pathway has been a revelation - it's made such a positive impact on my child's self-regulation skills.
