St Joseph’s Catholic Academy is a single form entry school with a nursery class. We promote Christian values of love, respect, and forgiveness, as revealed to us through the life of Jesus Christ. Our mission statement – ‘with God’s guidance, we love, learn, respect and forgive’– captures our desire to follow the example of Christ in welcoming, nurturing and developing each individual as a unique and precious gift, created in the image of God.

"A great school for our children's development"

My children attended St Joseph's from Reception to Year 6 and we were thoroughly impressed with the education and care they received. The school's emphasis on Christian values and community service really helped shape their characters and values. We're grateful for the excellent teachers and facilities.

"A great school with a loving atmosphere"

We chose St Joseph's for our son because of its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are warm and approachable, and the children seem to genuinely enjoy their time at school. We're impressed with the RE curriculum and the way they teach the children about kindness and respect.

"A wonderful school experience"

My daughter has been at St Joseph's for 2 years now and we've had a fantastic time. The staff are supportive, the facilities are excellent and the values they instill in the children are top-notch. We've seen her grow in confidence and ability, thanks to the wonderful teachers and care provided.

"Some good, some mixed experiences"

We've had a mixed experience at St Joseph's. On the one hand, the teachers are mostly very good and the facilities are excellent. However, we've had some issues with communication and organisation, which has caused a bit of stress for us. We hope things improve as our child moves through the school.
