About Wigmore Primary School

Wigmore School Academy Trust is a welcoming, calm and an organised place in which to work and learn. Pupils enjoy lessons and play an active part in school life. They take on responsibilities that help others and have access to a wide range of after-school clubs and extra events.

"Some positives, some areas for improvement"

We've had mixed experiences with Wigmore High School. The facilities are great, and the teachers are generally good. However, we've found the communication between the school and parents to be a bit patchy at times. Also, we think the school could do more to support students with special needs. Overall, it's an okay school, but we're not entirely satisfied.

"Fantastic experience so far"

My son has been at Wigmore Primary School for a few months now and we're really happy with the progress he's making. The teachers are great and the facilities are excellent, especially the sports hall and playground. We've also been impressed by the emphasis on values and kindness.

"Excellent school"

We've been really pleased with Wigmore Primary School. The teachers are passionate and enthusiastic, and the extracurricular activities are great. Our son loves the choir and is doing really well. The school's values of kindness and respect are fantastic, and we feel confident that our child is in a safe and supportive environment.

"Lovely school, but could be improved"

We moved our daughter to a different school, but we were really pleased with Wigmore Primary while we were there. The teachers were great, and the school's values of kindness and respect really shone through. However, we did find that the school could do more to support students with additional needs. Overall, it's a lovely school with some great assets, but there are areas for improvement.
