Lantern of Knowledge is an independent Muslim school based in Leyton, London E10. We are a vibrant and focused school, dedicated to providing quality education to our pupils. Our commitment to the spiritual and moral well being of pupils features throughout the many areas of our school.

"A wonderful school with compassionate staff"

Lantern of Knowledge Secondary School truly embodies the values of compassion, lifelong-learning, and tolerance. Our son has grown in confidence and academically since joining the school in Year 7. "Mixed feelings about our experience"

We were initially drawn to Lantern of Knowledge's Islamic ethos and strong reputation. While our son had a good experience in Year 7, we felt the school could improve communication with parents, particularly around exam results and progress. "Lantern of Knowledge exceeds expectations!"

We chose Lantern of Knowledge for its focus on Islamic values and strong academic record. Our son has thrived in the Qur'an Club and enjoys the pupil-led tours which give him a sense of ownership.
