About Langton Primary School

We are a small, friendly and welcoming school, situated amongst the beautiful countryside of Ryedale, with very easy access from the towns of Malton and Norton. Our family atmosphere enables staff to know and work with all our children as individuals. We are an exceptionally dedicated staff team, and our small class sizes and extra-curricular opportunities ensure that we develop well-rounded pupils who can achieve their full potential.

"Best School Ever!"

My child has thrived at Langton Primary School from day one. The teachers are supportive and the facilities are excellent, especially the playground. I love the emphasis on individuality and the breakfast club is a lifesaver on busy mornings.

"Room for Improvement"

My child has only just started at Langton Primary School, but I've been impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the teachers' enthusiasm. However, I do think the school could benefit from more extracurricular activities and I've not been impressed with the communication from the office. Overall, I'm optimistic about our time here.

"Exceptional School"

I was thoroughly impressed with Langton Primary School during my child's time here. The staff were always approachable and the school's values of kindness and respect really shone through. My child achieved great things and made lasting friendships.
