About Denton West End Primary School

Denton West End is a large two form entry primary school catering for children from three to eleven years on the outskirts of Tameside. We are very proud of our school. We have high standards in everything we do; we work hard to achieve our vision ‘Only our best is good enough’.

"Our happy experience at Denton West End"

We've had a fantastic experience at Denton West End Primary School. The staff are friendly and supportive, and the facilities are excellent. The children are encouraged to work together and support each other, which we love. Our son is thriving and can't wait to go to school each day.

"Good school, but some areas for improvement"

We've been pleased with our experience at Denton West End Primary School, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The staff are generally friendly, but we've had some issues with communication about our son's progress. The facilities are excellent, and we love the emphasis on reading and maths. However, we've found the breakfast club to be a bit disorganised at times.

"Outstanding school and wonderful memories"

We have nothing but praise for Denton West End Primary School. Our children loved going there and we were always impressed by the high standards and excellent facilities. The staff were always friendly and supportive, and we made some wonderful friends during our time at the school.
