Horris Hill is a small school, big on ambition! We are ambitious for our pupils, for our staff and for our future. Our small community is friendly and supportive and each child is educated with breadth and imagination in wonderful surroundings.

"Some great aspects, but room for improvement"

I was initially drawn to Horris Hill's commitment to individuality and creativity. While I love the approach to learning in Reception and Year 1, I've found some of the administrative tasks to be a bit clunky. Perhaps with the new facilities and resources being implemented, things will improve.

"A true gem of a school!"

My son has thrived at Horris Hill since joining Reception. The teachers are kind, patient, and have a real knack for bringing learning to life. We love the emphasis on family, freedom, and flair - it's all about encouraging individuality and creativity!

"A happy home away from home"

My daughter was a boarder at Horris Hill for a few years, and I was blown away by the dedication of the staff and the facilities on offer. From the excellent pastoral care to the top-notch sports and extracurricular activities, every aspect of the school is designed to ensure each child feels supported and stimulated.

"A fantastic education and so much more"

Horris Hill has been an outstanding choice for our family, offering a well-rounded education, excellent teachers, and a sense of community that's hard to find elsewhere. The extension to Year 11 is a game-changer - it means our children will have a seamless transition to senior school.
