St James Church of England Primary School is a welcoming, inclusive and diverse school on the edge of Northampton, close to Northampton Saints Rugby ground. We are a Church of England school within the Peterborough Diocese Academy Trust (PDET). Together, we ensure that Christian ethos is at the heart of everything we do and that children across the Trust and within St James, flourish.

"Wonderful School Experience"

My child has been at St James for a year now and we've had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and caring, and the facilities are excellent. My child loves the Forest School sessions and the Emotion Coaching approach really helps with behaviour management.

"Excellent Support for Children"

I've been really impressed with the support my child has received at St James. The Pastoral Team are fantastic and my child has thrived in the specialist units. The school's commitment to inclusion and diversity is also something I really appreciate.

"Great School, Great Values"

We sent our child to St James for a few years and were really impressed with the school's values and approach to teaching. The staff are committed to providing a nurturing environment and the school's Christian ethos is really evident. My child loved the sense of community and the opportunities to get involved in sports and clubs.
