"Wonderful Support for My Son"

We've had a truly life-changing experience at Red Balloon Norfolk. The staff are kind, patient, and understanding. My son has blossomed in the comfortable and welcoming environment, and we're so grateful for the individualized support. The facilities are top-notch, and we love the delicious vegetarian meals!

"Amazing Care and Education"

Red Balloon Norfolk has been a haven for my child. The staff go above and beyond to ensure each student feels safe and supported. The TITAN program has been particularly beneficial, teaching my child valuable life skills. We're so impressed with the progress they've made.

"Mixed Experience"

While we had some wonderful interactions with the staff at Red Balloon Norfolk, we did struggle with communication at times. The facilities are lovely, but we felt the support for our child's specific needs could be more tailored. We appreciate the values they prioritize, but we're not entirely convinced they were fully implemented in our child's care.
