The Stables Independent School is a small specialist setting providing support for children with social, emotional and mental health needs, particularly trauma and attachment. We offer a bespoke curriculum based on the National Curriculum and a range of outdoor learning and enrichment activities. Our educational approach is diverse, thought-provoking, creative, inspirational and soaked in memorable moments.

"A Safe Haven for Our Child"

We cannot speak highly enough of The Stables Independent School. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, and the small class sizes have been a game-changer for our child. The Thrive program has also been incredibly beneficial in supporting our child's emotional well-being. We feel so grateful to have found this school.

"A Community Focused on Well-being"

The Stables Independent School has exceeded our expectations. The school's focus on social, emotional, and mental health has been a breath of fresh air for our child. The staff are dedicated and passionate about helping each child thrive. We've seen a significant improvement in our child's confidence and self-esteem since joining the school.

"A Good Foundation, but Room for Improvement"

We had a good experience with The Stables Independent School, but there were some areas that didn't quite meet our expectations. The staff were generally supportive, and the small class sizes were beneficial for our child. However, we felt that the school could offer more extracurricular activities and that the communication with parents could be improved.
