About Archbishop Cranmer Church of England Academy

Archbishop Cranmer is a friendly and vibrant primary academy, situated in the Nottinghamshire village of Aslockton and serving children and families from within the school's catchment area as well as villages beyond. One of our principles is that we 'work together in achievement' and our school is part of a wonderful, local community. As a Church of England school we are committed to our Christian ethos.

"Some Positives and Some Room for Improvement"

We've been at Archbishop Cranmer for a year now and while there are some great things about the school, there are also areas that need attention. The staff are friendly and approachable, but some of the facilities feel a bit dated.

"Wonderful School with Amazing Staff"

We've been at Archbishop Cranmer for two years now and I couldn't be happier. The staff are so caring and dedicated, always willing to lend a helping hand. The facilities are also fantastic, with plenty of space for the kids to run around and learn.

"A Great Foundation for Life"

My children attended Archbishop Cranmer from Reception to Year 6 and I have nothing but praise for the school. The Christian ethos and values are genuinely lived out by the staff and children, and the opportunities for learning and growth are endless.
