Broomhill Junior School is a local authority community school that aims to bring learning alive and make it exciting, stimulating and ultimately rewarding. We have very high standards, in terms of behaviour, academic achievements and the quality of teaching and learning that we provide. We view education as a joint venture, involving everyone – children, parents/carers, staff, governors and the wider community.

"Good School, Room for Improvement"

I have been impressed with the efforts made by the school to engage parents and involve them in the education process. However, I feel that the school could do more to provide additional support for children who are struggling. The facilities are good but could be improved with some new equipment.

"Excellent School, Excellent Care"

My daughter started at Broomhill Junior School in September and I have been so impressed with the care and education she has received. The staff are friendly and approachable, the facilities are excellent and the school's focus on mental health and well-being is outstanding.

"Wonderful School, Wonderful Staff!"

My son has been at Broomhill Junior School for 3 years now and I couldn't be happier. The staff are kind, caring and go above and beyond to ensure every child reaches their full potential. The facilities are excellent and the outdoor spaces are a joy for the children to explore.

"Excellent Education, Excellent Care"

I have two children who attended Broomhill Junior School and I am so grateful for the education and care they received. The teachers are passionate and dedicated, the facilities are excellent and the school's values of Resilience, Relationships, Respect, Responsible and Reflective are instilled in every child.
