About Browns School

Brown's School is a specialist independent day school that provides a positive and nurturing educational setting for students with dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or speech and language difficulties; Autistic Spectrum Disorder; Asperger syndrome; Auditory Processing Disorder; Verbal Dyspraxia; and ADD/ADHD. The school aims to empower students to achieve by providing small class sizes, on-site therapy, and a diverse curriculum.

"Exceptional Support for My Son"

I was amazed by the level of support Brown's School provided for my son's dyslexia. The small class sizes and individualized attention have been instrumental in his academic growth. The therapists and teachers are truly dedicated to helping each child reach their potential. We've seen a significant improvement in his confidence and motivation.

"A Home Away from Home"

Brown's School has been a game-changer for our family. The sense of community and belonging is palpable, and the staff genuinely care about each child's well-being. My daughter has grown from a hesitant learner to a confident and enthusiastic student. We're so grateful for the opportunities and support she receives here.

"Mixed Experience"

While Brown's School was a great fit for my son for a while, we eventually found it didn't meet his needs as he grew older. The smaller class sizes were initially beneficial, but he eventually required more challenging material and extracurricular activities that the school couldn't provide. The staff were generally supportive, but I felt that the communication could be improved at times.
