About Laleham Gap School

Laleham Gap School is a Foundation Special School meeting the Communication and Interaction needs of 4-18 year old children and young people in Kent. We adopt a personalised approach to learning underpinned by meeting the needs of Autism with relation to positive behaviour management, communication, sensory, independence and life skills.

"A School that Truly Understands"

I have been impressed with Laleham Gap School's commitment to providing a nurturing environment for children with special needs. The school's emphasis on positive behaviour management and communication has been a game-changer for my child. The staff are caring and dedicated, and I feel confident that my child is in good hands.

"A School that Truly Cares"

My child has been attending Laleham Gap School for a year now, and I have been consistently impressed with the level of care and support they receive. The school's facilities are excellent, and the staff are always willing to listen and adapt to my child's needs. While there have been some challenges, I believe the school is doing a great job in preparing my child for their future.

"A Mixed Experience"

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Laleham Gap School. While the school's commitment to special needs education is commendable, I felt that the school could have done more to support my child's academic progress. The staff were generally caring, but there were times when I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
