English Martyrs' Catholic Primary School

We have been thoroughly impressed with English Martyrs' Catholic Primary School. The friendly and caring environment has allowed our child to thrive and develop into a kind and compassionate individual. The phonics support for parents has been invaluable in helping us to support our child at home. We would highly recommend this school to any parent.

We have been pleased with the school's approach to science education, which our child has found engaging and fun. However, we have been disappointed with the lack of communication from the school about our child's attendance and punctuality. We feel that the school could do more to support parents in ensuring that their child meets the expected attendance standards.

Our child attended English Martyrs' for several years and we were consistently impressed with the school's values and facilities. The weekly school updates and termly newsletters kept us well informed about our child's progress. We were also grateful for the phonics support resources provided for parents. Our only criticism is that the school could improve communication with parents about upcoming events and deadlines.
